KAYAKING: The villa features two two-person kayaks along with personal floatation devices (PFD) for your personal use and enjoyment. Feel free to asking the grounds maintenance worker to help you take them to the beach.
In addition to all this, the villa features dual-zone AC, a water filtration system, a high-end kitchen with granite and stainless-steel accents, plush linens, a propane grill, high speed Wi-Fi, and cable TV in all bedrooms. We can also provide a full concierge service through our local property manager, and a private chef is available upon request.
